Campus Federal Credit Union alleges Storyville Apparel owes on promissory note

NEW ORLEANS – A credit union is seeking payment of a promissory note.

Campus Federal Credit Union filed a lawsuit April 10 against Storyville Apparel LLC, Joshua Allen Harvey and Natalie Naquin Harvey in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a promissory note that was never paid off. The defendant owes $45,000 plus interest and fees.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Stacy G. Butler of Kizer, Hood & Morgan LLP in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Paula A. Brown.
