BATON ROUGE – Two Jarreau companies are accused of failing to pay for goods and services provided to them.

Crown Financial LLC filed a complaint on April 4 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana against Wildcat Drilling LLC and Warhorse Oil & Gas LLC alleging failure to pay.

According to the complaint, the defendants placed orders with Texas Black Iron for goods and services in 2016 and that Texas Black Iron then the plaintiff purchased certain accounts receivables from it.

The plaintiff alleges that as the assignee, purchaser, and owner of the account receivable represented by Texas Black Iron’s invoice, plaintiff is entitled to receive payment from defendants in the full amount of $91,955.92.

The plaintiff holds Wildcat Drilling LLC and Warhorse Oil & Gas LLC responsible because despite demand for payment, defendant allegedly continues to fail and refuse to make any payment on the unpaid balance due to plaintiff.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants in the amount of $91,955.92, plus interest, attorney fees, costs of these proceedings and all other legal, equitable and general relief. It is represented by Pierre V. Miller II and Patrick H. Patrick of Patrick Miller LLC in New Orleans.
