GRETNA – A material company is seeking damages of nearly $40,000.
Crescent Materials Service Inc. filed a suit April 21 against Mackle Roofing Co. Inc., in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of sums due. The suit states that the defendant failed to pay the plaintiff for roofing materials, totaling a balance of $38,299.29.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Brian F. Guillot in Metairie.
