NEW ORLEANS – A couple is seeking damages, claiming a home seller misrepresented a property.

Sara and Jason Bezou filed a lawsuit April 20 against Sesame LLC and 7200 Downman Road LLC in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging redhibition.

The plaintiffs seek all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. They are represented by attorney Albert J. Nicaud of Nicaud & Sunseri Law Firm LLC in Metairie.
