Gulf Coast Bank and Trust seeking over $100,000 from St. Tammany Parish residents

NEW ORLEANS – A bank is seeking damages for sums due.

Gulf Coast Bank and Trust filed a lawsuit April 19 against Mark B. Dupuy and Lisa M. Southern of St. Tammany Parish in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a promissory note for the balance of $105,702.13 plus interest. The suit states that the defendant also owes interest on the sums due.

The defendant is accused of having sums due.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Wayne A. Maiorana Jr. of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Ethel S. Julien.
