Southeastern Louisiana claims that a student failed to pay for attending

GRETNA – A university is seeking payment of an open account.

University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors through Southeastern Louisiana University filed a suit April 27 against Syndel Katherine McKee of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account for the balance of $2,306.10. The suit states that the defendant failed to pay off any portion of the sums due.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Meghan N. Beal of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond S. Steib Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 771484.
