GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking damages for an open account.
Bank of America N.A. filed a suit May 5 against Adriane G. Cunningham of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account for the balance of $2,852.90 plus interest.
