First NBC Bank seeks damages from Orleans Parish man for an open account

NEW ORLEANS – A bank is seeking over $15,000 on an open account.

First NBC Bank filed a lawsuit May 4 against Thomas Watson of Orleans Parish in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due on an open account. 

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account for the balance of $15,159.81. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Barry H. Grodsky of Taggart Morton LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Ethel S. Julien.
