NEW ORLEANS – A company is seeking damages for an open account.
Southern Aggregates LLC filed a lawsuit May 8 against Arnold Baker & Baker Ready Mix LLC in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging open account.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff and defendant entered into an agreement for the purchases of sand, gravel and other materials from the plaintiff. The suit states that the defendant maintained an open account of $252,366.75.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorneys Andrew C. Kolb and Christopher M. Vitenas of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz PC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Christopher J. Bruno.
