St. Tammany Parish claims he was injured when he slipped on grease

NEW ORLEANS – A St. Tammany Parish man was allegedly caused to slip and fall on some grease.

Daniel Wilson and Gina Wilson filed a lawsuit May 16 against Quality Mobil Wash in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff was at 14700 Intracoastal Drive, New Orleans on May 20, 2016, when the incident occurred. The suit states that the plaintiff was working when he slipped and fell on grease and cleaning residue that had been left on the ground.

The defendant is accused of negligence by failing to warn the plaintiff of the danger and overall negligence through failing to better manage the property.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Carisa German-Oden of Davis, Saunders, Miller & Oden PLC in Mandeville.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge Clare Jupiter.
