Cach claims woman has unpaid credit card balance of over $3,500

GRETNA – A corporation is seeking damages for an open account.

Cach LLC filed a suit May 17 against Rhonda Breaux in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a credit card. The defendant is indebted to the plaintiff for $3,578.93.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jayme S. Sellards of Federated Law Group PLLC in Juno Beach, Florida.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.
