GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking damages for sums due.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit May 15 against Valencia Taylor of Terrytown in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account for the balance of $2,215.88.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
