Debt collector seeks payment on overdue Walmart account

GRETNA – A debt collector claims that a Marrero customer has an overdue Walmart account.

Midland Funding LLC filed a suit May 15 against Antonia Leo in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid Walmart account. The plaintiff is still owed $2,413.69 by the defendant.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton and Michael L. Lancaster.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 772100.
