GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking damages for an open account.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit May 18 against Seth Voiron of Gretna in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of the defendant's Best Buy account. The suit states that the defendant owes the balance of $2,139.11.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
