GRETNA – A law firm seeks nearly $25,000.
Greeenberg & LaPeyronnie LLC filed a suit May 22 against Ina Gallagher, wife of Horace Gallagher in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment for services that it issued to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff $23,411.16.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by David Greenberg of Greenberg & LaPeyronnie LLC in Gretna.
