GRETNA – A company is seeking more than $2,300 on a credit card.
Jefferson Capital Systems LLC filed a suit May 19 against Apryl Wehner of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account of the amount of $2,315.26.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
