GRETNA – A funding company seeks more than $2,700 on an open account.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit May 19 against Bridgett Moore of Harvey in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account of $2,780.36 on an Old Navy account.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton and Michael L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
