NEW ORLEANS – A community college is seeking damages for an open account.
Louisiana Community and Technical College system board of supervisors through Delgado Community College filed a lawsuit May 24 against Holofa Matias in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging open account.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account of $2,341.79.
The defendant is accused of an open account.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by Meghan N. Beal of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette R. Irons.
