NEW ORLEANS – A community college seeks more than $700 from an Orleans Parish student.
Louisiana Community and Technical College system board of supervisors through Delgado Community College filed a lawsuit May 24 against Narviero M. Rouser in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging open account.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment of an open account for the balance of $709.00 for classes taken during the fall 2014 semester.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Meghan N. Beal of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette R. Irons.
