Bank of America seeks more than $6,000 on an open account

GRETNA – Bank of America seeks more than $6,000 from a Jefferson Parish woman.

Bank of America NA filed a suit June 9 against Ashley Hazel in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account with a balance of $6,153.07.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeremy Nusloch of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond Steib Jr.
