GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking payment of an open account.
Bank of America filed a suit June 9 against Bryan Trecek of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued an account to the defendant as well as cash advances. The defendant has allegedly failed to pay back the sums due which total $35,221.28
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael Mentz.
