American Express claims Jefferson Parish man, company failed to pay over $27,000

GRETNA – American Express is seeking damages for an open account.

American Express Bank FSB filed a suit June 13 against Barbaro Camejo of Jefferson Parish and NG&BC Distribucion LLC, also known as NG and BC Distributi the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued the defendant a Business Platinum Card. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $27,376.65.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Edward Bukaty III in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry Sullivan Jr.
