GRETNA – A credit union is seeking over $9,000 from a Grand Isle man.
Barksdale Federal Credit Union filed a suit June 13 against Micheal Holder in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment against the defendant for the balances of $8,620.46 and $1,994.44.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Christopher Victory.
The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle Taylor.
