GRETNA – A surgical center is seeking over $40,000 from a St. Bernard resident.
Crescent City Surgical Centre Operating Co. filed a suit June 7 against Paul Pentney in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment for services issued. The suit states that the defendant owes the plaintiff $43,887.69.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jenna H. Linn of Bankston & Associates in Baton Rouge.
