NEW ORLEANS – A hospital is seeking damages for an open account.
Nat'L HC of Leesville Inc., doing business as Byrd Regional Hospital, filed a lawsuit June 14 against Brittany Warren in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging open account.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment for an open account of $725, claiming that the defendant failed to pay for the services they received.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney W. Simmons Sandoz of Sandoz Law Offices in Opelousas.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Piper D. Griffin.
