GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking over $1,000 in unpaid credit card balances.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit June 16 against Tyrell McCall of Westwego in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of the defendant's Wal-Mart card, which has a balance at $1,158.03.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.
