Southern Rehan & The Home Medical Center accused of defaulting on account

GRETNA – A Jefferson Parish medical supply company is seeking damages for sums due

Sunrise Medical Inc. filed a suit June 20 against Southern Rehan & The Home Medical Center and Kenneth J. Leach, guarantor, in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging breach of contract and open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account with the balance of $81,300.49. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff for medical equipment which they received.

The defendant is accused of sums due and breach of contract.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jen Ann Giblin of McGlinghey Stafford PLLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 773260.
