New Orleans man allegedly failed to pay over $72,000 on promissory note

NEW ORLEANS – A New Orleans man is being sued for sums owed on a promissory note.

Lakeview Loan Servicing LLC filed a lawsuit June 20 against Vance C. Reed in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums on a promissory note.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a promissory note which is still owed $72,922.42.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Candice Miers Bowen of Dean Morris LLC.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Tiffany G. Chase.
