GRETNA – A funding company is seeking nearly $5,000.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit June 26 against William Cooper of Lafitte in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a Private Label account with the balance owed of $4,613.03.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
