GRETNA – A company is seeking damages for sums due.
West Centro LLC filed a suit June 26 against Paul Angelette of Lafourche Parish and 365 Enterprises LLC, doing business as Superior Rent To Own in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging breach of contract.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is the owner of the property at 2104 Franklin Ave. in Gretna. The suit states the plaintiff leased its property to the defendant, and the defendant has failed to pay the lease, owing $6,375 per month since February.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract and sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Preston L. Hayes of Chehardy, Sherman, Williams, Murray, Recile, Stakelum & Hayes LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
