GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking damages for sums due.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit June 30 against Jerred Simeon of Marrero in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of the balance of $1,591.60.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
