NEW ORLEANS – A man is seeking payment for more than $20,000.
Tony D. Milazzo of St. James Parish filed a lawsuit June 30 against Ayoob Inc. and Ayoob Hindi in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due on a note.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a note for the balance of $21,000. The suit states that the defendant has failed to make the necessary payments despite amicable demand.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorneys Benjamin L. Johnson in Donaldsonville.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Cherrell S. Taplin.
