GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking more than $1,800.
Midland Funding LLC July 6 filed a suit against Marionne Celistan of Marrero in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a Visa account for the balance of $1,856.63.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
