GRETNA — A financial institution is suing Ryan A. Williams and Shelly Ziegler Malbrough for over $110,000 in past due payments
Ditech Financial LLC filed a suit July 7 in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging that the defendants failed to make payments.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for the unpaid portion of a promissory note. The suit states that the defendant is currently indebted to the plaintiff in the amount of $112,690.58.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jason R. Smith of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.
