GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking over $6,000 from a Vermilion Parish man.
Discover Bank, issuer of Discover Card, filed a suit July 6 against John Paul Dore in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due and seeking garnishment.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for the balance of $6,537.86. The suit states that the defendant is likely owed sums by Lamarque Ford, 3101 Williams Blvd., in Kenner.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Everette C. Altdoerffer of Stephen Bruce & Associates in Edmond.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
