Wells Fargo claims individual owes over $130,000 on promissory note

GRETNA — Wells Fargo is seeking over $130,000 in past due payments from Walid Thabata.

Wells Fargo Bank filed a suit March 22 in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging that the defendant has failed to make payments on a promissory note.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of $134,030.24 plus interest.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Corey J. Giroir of the Law Offices of Herschel C. Adcock Jr. in Baton Rouge.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 770059.
