NEW ORLEANS – An Orleans Parish man is seeking damages for an injury he sustained when a ceiling tile fell on him.
Jashua Green filed a lawsuit against Restoration Partners I LLC, Renovation Partners I LLC, Wallick Construction and Restoration Inc. and XYZ Insurance Co. in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that place July 15, 2016, at the property owned and managed by the defendant. The suit states that a ceiling tile fell and struck the plaintiff in the neck.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Sean M. Regan of The King Firm LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Nakisha Ervin-Knott.
