The LaCroix seeking over $2 million on promissory note

GRETNA – A company is seeking over $2 million for sums due.

The LaCroix LLC filed a suit against Thomas A. Carrere and PMC Realty LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due following a merger, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay what they ought to. The sums owed are $2,271,426.56; $9,000; and $265.62.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Bruce V. Scheme of Phelps Dunbar LLP in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
