Estess Contractors claims clients failed to pay for work at New Orleans property

NEW ORLEANS – A contracting company is seeking damages for breach of contract and sums owed.

Estess Contractors LLC filed a lawsuit against Dennis Muller and Cindy Muller in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging breach of contract and sums due.

According to the complaint, the defendants hired the plaintiff to complete a construction project at 6918 Argorane St., New Orleans. The suit states that the plaintiff completed the work, but the defendants have failed to pay for the services. The plaintiff is allegedly owed $94,283.36.

The defendants are accused of breach of contract by failing to pay the agreed amount and sums due. 

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney J. Matt Thomas of Smiley Law Firm LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Ethel S. Julien.
