NEW ORLEANS – Dominican Republic citizen residing in Jefferson Parish alleges that his Houma employers failed to provide a safe place to work.

Georges F. Payano filed a complaint on July 1 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana against Environmental Safety and Health Consulting Services Inc., ES&H Inc. and ES&H of Dallas LLC

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 6, 2016, he was employed by defendants as Jones Act seaman working on board a vessel when he experienced an accident.
