Funding company alleges Sam's Club customer owes nearly $2,700

GRETNA – A funding company alleges a Sam's Club customer owes nearly $2,700.

Midland Funding LLC filed a suit July 18 against Mohammed Hamdeh in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, Midland Funding seeks payment of an unpaid account with Sam's Club. The suit states Hamdeh is indebted for the balance of $2,690.45.

Midland Funding seeks all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.
