Bank of America claims Jefferson Parish woman failed to pay over $28,000

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking over $28,000 for an open account.

Bank of America filed a suit July 18 against Sherry Kuhn of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the amount of $28,380.44, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the amount.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.
