GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking nearly $4,000 from Gretna resident.
Discover Bank filed a suit against Mohamad F. Lufti in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of the defendant's Discover card which currently has an unpaid balance of $3,639.51 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Everette C. Altdoerffer of Stephen Bruce & Associates in Edmond, Olka.
