Capital One claims Jefferson Parish woman owes over $2,500

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking over $2,500 from a Jefferson Parish resident.

Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit against Samantha Rumby in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a credit card that was issued to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant has failed to make payments on the total amount of $2,684.02.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
