Capital One Bank seeks more than $2,000 from Jefferson Parish resident

GRETNA – Capital One is seeking damages for an unpaid account.

Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit against Christee L. Herbert of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account with a balance of $2,003.09. The suit states that the defendant was issued a credit card and didn't paid off the balance.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
