Financial company seeks $11,000 from customer

NEW ORLEANS – A financial company alleges they are owed more than $11,000 on a promissory note.

OneMain Financial Inc., filed a lawsuit July 18 against Steven E. Griffith in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due on a note.

According to the complaint, OneMain seeks payment of a promissory note for the balance of $11,041.45 plus interest that is unpaid.

OneMain Financial seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. It is represented by attorney Naomi A. Cohen Ivker of Birmingham, Alabama

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Tiffany G. Chase.
