NEW ORLEANS – A man is seeking damages for a sale that he says was not finalized.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Arthur R. Kratz of Phelps Dunbar LLP in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette R. Irons.
