NEW ORLEANS – Capital One is seeking more than $56,000 on a line of credit.
Capital One National Association filed a lawsuit July 17 against Condall Consulting Group LLC and Sharmaine James in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging sums due on a line of credit.
According to the complaint, Capital One seeks payment of an unpaid line of credit in the balance of $56,630.48.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. It is represented by attorney Bradley J. Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney H. Cates IV.
