Capital One claims customer failed to repay a line of credit

NEW ORLEANS – Capital One is seeking over $51,000 on a line of credit.

Capital One National Association filed a lawsuit against B and C. Delivery Inc. and Charles Roberts in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due on a line of credit.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid line of credit. The suit states that the defendant is indebted to the plaintiff for $51,940.66.

The defendant is accused of not paying off a line of credit.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Bradley S. Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Cherrell S. Taplin.
