Roto-Rooter alleges company owes more than $5,000

GRETNA – Roto-Rooter alleges a customer has not paid more than $5,000 for services and materials.

Roto-Rooter Services Company filed a suit July 24 against Bruno Inc. of Nevada in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account. According to the claim, Roto-Rooter seeks damages for an open account in the balance of $5,320. The suit states Bruno has failed to pay the plaintiff for services and supplies provided.

Roto-Rooter seeks the $5,320, all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney John Dale Powers of Powers, Sellers & Chapoton LLP in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 774262.
